I think I am and it’s a struggle one week prior with anxiety , hot flashes , feeling my mind racing.. anything to ease symptoms ?

I think I might be beginning Perimenopause. And it’s becoming clear that I may have had pmdd that was misdiagnosed a long time ago. I have pcos, correctly diagnoses as well. So far I am trying my best to minimize stress and limit being away from cold or fresh air for too long. This is crazy. I’m so glad you are here. I hope you share your experience with me.

Definitely, it feels like my symptoms have been even worse and my coping mechanisms aren't working as well as they used to.
