A lot of self love and patience… motrin and Tylenol can help with the pain. CBD tinctures work pretty well for some too. Make sure to rest, gently stretch, drink water, and nourish your body the best you can. You may have feelings of “being behind” because you don’t know what’s wrong, but you have to remember that the feeling is temporary and you will find answers. I hope that you start feeling better soon.

Because I’m young it took 10 years for my diagnosis. Luckily, because of other illnesses I was put on pain meds. I tried physical therapy but it made me worse. Walking short distances helped alot , epsom baths, & heat.

I’ve been in pain meds for over 10 years. I don’t get the dosage upped because I have to hide being on them because my husband thinks I’ll turn into a drug addict. So I have to lie to him😢. His mother was an addict and died from drugs . 2 different stories.
