Honestly? Medical marijuana and being around your loved ones always helps mine. I think being alone makes it worse.

Mines is toys schleich and Night Furies to be procise and any animal soft toy that’s got wolves or foxes or sleeping I don’t cope well but they do help with it if I’m really down I go to a friend that I made that also happens to be psychologist but I do try to hide things from her but she has a tendency to pick up

My doctor has me on vitamin d3 during the winter. I feel like it helps with seasonal depression. But I also love how pretty the snow is so that helps

For me it isn't so much the seasons but anniversaries. I get very sentimental and my brain replays, this time x years ago, on loop. It makes me feel very low and sometimes disassociative.
