Splitting, sometimes I'll just completely change my mind and start talking about something I don't even believe and change sides back and forth. It's very confusing but I normally bring myself back on track.

It was the constant need to hurt myself before, but after going manic and doing something that landed me in intensive care, I've stopped. Now it's just the unknown sense of identity for me. I don't know who I am and it's really frustrating because I feel like I'm lying to everyone around me about who I am. Like I'm lying to myself.

I understand that feeling, I don't know why but if something bad happens even trivial if the episode is bad enough I just have constant thoughts of 🦋s/ui/ide🦋 While it's going on it can be scary but I've been more tame with my bpd as of recent and I just feel fake and everything else does too.
