COVID Anxiety: Is Anyone Else Struggling?

Does anyone else feel like after COVID, there anxiety and stress is much worse. I’m seeing a functional medical doctor to help me. I’m experiencing anxiety that’s manifesting into physical symptoms such as tingles and spikes of cortisol in my body. And she recommended I use Ashwaghanda! To level our the cortisol in my blood .

I am currently recovering from what seems to be a pretty mild bout of Covid, and yes, my anxiety has been very high. This is pretty typical for me when Ill but to think that with Covid we have lived with so much uncertainty for over two years that it’s a lot for our brains to handle.

thanks for your response! So glad your fine. I think mine was mild too, but because I was isolated and my anxiety was sky high from catching it? I exhausted and burned my self out. I have recovered however I’m kept with stress. It’s getting easier but I think we will be okay!! 🙏 🤗

Ughhh, so sorry to hear ! What are you doing ? To deal with the depression. Therapy? I know that’s helping me now! I’ve been seeing a therapist for over two months since catching COVID .

Yes, I had a mild case of covid a year ago but anxiety and stress increased dramatically since then. Always wondered if there was a connection. I’ll have to check out Ashwaghanda. Thanks

I had a mild case too, mine was a few months ago. And my stress and anxiety took a turn for the worst . I’m also dealing with digestive issues but I bet it’s connected my anxiety. Goodluck ! Take care of yourself !

Yes, especially being around people after being alone for so long.
