Pretty rough. I already have an autoimmune disorder so my fatigue is much worse. I haven’t been able to work out. I still can’t taste or smell and have meat aversion.

I have days where I feel fine, but if I exert myself I get PEM, which triggers a flareup of all my symptoms and sets me back.

Since December 17th. Im still on Oxygen at night and Im using it during the day as needed. My heart rate can go up to 150 when I do anything strenuous.

It is like one day you are better, then symptoms get worse unexpectedly. Dealing with stress is a big kicker for me. My heart rate starts bouncing around!
