Covid Vaccine and Ménière’s: Should I Get Vaccinated?

I have Ménière’s and my employer is requiring me to be Covid vaccinated because they have to follow CMS policy (it’s in the medical field) but I have heard that it can severely trigger Ménière’s symptoms. I have decided as of now not to get it because there is not much research regarding Ménière’s and the vaccine, but has anyone had issues after the vaccine, or heard of anyone with Ménière’s having issues with it after receiving the vaccine?

I have had both vaccinations and the booster and had zero side effects I am 62 years old. There is a support group on Facebook for Ménière’s, and most people that had the vaccines did not have any Ménière’s symptoms. Of course everybody is different, but from what I have heard Covid itself can cause inner ear and vertigo symptoms, so I did not want to chance that.
