In my case, I will eat anything in sight when I am alone, sad, bored, worried, or any excuse is excepted! It's because I am a emotional eater. Counseling and recording how I am feeling when I go eating everything. It helps me identify why I do, what I do. Than I can replace eating with something else that I can do to fill that emotion.

Just out of curiosity, have you ever thought of recording how you’re feeling before you go to “eating everything in sight,” and then processing those feelings and making a different decision?

I've been eating more fruit lately. It helps a lot when I'm craving sweet things. I'll also have fruit-based salad dressings with my salads, and it's a small amount of sugar to satisfy my sugar cravings, but too much to where I'm continuously wanting sugar

Hi Gingerbread. What do you think about “cutting” back your cravings instead of trying to quit them all together?
