Cymbalta ruined my life. EXTREME exhaustion and tired EVERY second of the day. Numb to everything.

The main side effect I had was constipation. I started on 30mg and just increased to 60mg but my pain is still horrific. Also still fatigued. I hope you have better luck!

I’m on 30mg right now! No side effects. It helps with my nausea significantly but that’s about it sadly (there’s A LOT more I need help with lol) I’m actually about to start taking it in combo with gabapentin, found out that was safe, and am hopeful for that to be more effective!

Thank you all so much!!! I am trying to rule things out I am also on gabapentin too I already had extreme fatigue before so that doesn’t seem to be the cause of that - my main thing right now is dizziness 😵‍💫

I had dizziness and constipation and I gained 40lbs. Oh and horrible sweating.

Taking 20mg at the moment. Appetite is definitely more inconsistent than before, along with some constipation. Otherwise, nothing horrible.

60mg a day here used to take 120mg Cymbalta can cause headache, dizziness, nausea and other side effects if not well tolerated. If it works for you it’s a great drug if not it can really make you miserable with side effects.

😅yeah constipation is a thing… my doctor has told me that 30mg is the ideal dose for pots, also have Eds though and she doesn’t really know about that and I am a tiny person

It took a while for me to get past the nausea and headaches along with dizziness and if I take it on an empty stomach I still experience these. I find taking it at night works better than in the morning
