Need advice on taking Cymbalta with Vyvanse and Zoloft

Hey everyone, I have a complicated health history. I had spondololysthesis in 2019 and then finally tried everything before having to get surgery in 2020 (L5-S1) lumbar fusion. Since then it has been shown the procedure failed and it is causing rheumatoid arthritis or fybromyalgia. They want to prescribe my Cymbalta.. but I already take Vyvanse and Zoloft…. Does anyone take a combo of these medications. If so do you have any knowledge of serotonin syndrome?? I’m really scared but also in a ton of pain.. any advice helpful

Hi! I’ve read up on serotonin syndrome. It makes me really nervous too. I currently take Zoloft (sertraline) and Vyvanse. I just started the Vyvanse about a month ago but so far so good. It’s not exactly the same but for a time I was taking Zoloft, Busbar, and Adderall. I have also been on Zoloft and Cymbalta together. There were no problems there either. I’m so sorry your procedure didn’t go as planned. I’m sure things are really hard right now. The best thing to do is try to have trust in your doctor and try not to think about worst case scenario. I know that’s a lot easier said than done. Sending best wishes x
