Dealing with Daily Anxiety: Tips and Tricks

anyone else have anxiety almost daily, how do you handle it cuz I fined myself having anxiety almost daily and I'm going to on the job training like any other day

Man anxiety is really hard. What helps me is writing down what I’m anxious about. Also talking, music, water and medication. Make sure you’re taking care of yourself too, by getting enough food and sleep. Your body could be telling you it needs you

Medication so far had been the most helpful thing. I also sometimes make tea (peppermint) and bring it with me to work. I sometimes bring snacks. It is okay to take a break when you need it. I play music on my way to work to pump myself up and get myself the energy to make it through the day. I okay music in the way home to de-stress.

anxiety is deep. change can cause anxiety too. maybe its too much change for you to handle. maybe taking sabbatical, a leave of absense. time is what we really need. too much change is definitely exhausting.
