I have the same! I cut out gluten and limited dairy and have found that really helps - lots of sleep and ask your doc for muscle relaxants! This helped my fibro so much Try to have lots of fish oils and omega 3s Meditation! I also totally back the CBD - when I have really bad flares I take a LOT of it and it helps so much

Voltaren gel is great.., you have to use the right amount with the enclosed measuring strip. It has to soak in and can’t be rubbed in. It doesn’t stain clothes but it stings the eyes a lot so wash hands after applying. It’s over the counter and some insurances will cover it w a prescription.

Hi I am Leti I am on Cymbalta, celebrex, Humera, and Tramadol oh and Lyrica. This is my current cocktail for right now I am finally able to do my own house cleaning and I take care of my almost 2 grandson. I also take a lot of supplements. I must rest every few hours. I run out of steam around 2 or 3 in the afternoon. Last time I had a bad flare was a month ago which I can attribute to divorce issues . It got so bad I had to get steroid injections from my rheumatologist. I rarely sleep without my heat blanket it is amazing.

My Dr prescribes steroids when I'm in a flare. Maybe that could help?

marijuana helps me most during flares, lots of rest, warm showers or baths, and voltaran gel. along with pain medications or a medral dose pack if you can get it prescribed is great.
