If it bothers you so much, you need to treat it. Accutane is an effective treatment that most of the time decreases acne dramatically. You also need to learn to love yourself no matter what, even with your acne :)

I used to have HORRIBLE bacne, it’s still kinda bad but mostly terrible on my face. I agree w the first part of what Nik said & am trying to apply it to myself too- if it bothers you, you need to treat it. Unfortunately in my experience dermatologist are the fking worst when it comes to bedside manner, so I’d go in feeling as strong and protected as possible

Don’t scratch it, don’t pop it, don’t touch it. I’ve found body acne gets infected much more often than face acne. Take my word for it; my legs are covered in scars
