Dealing with Anxiety and Depression

my name is latisha but everyone calls me by my middle name Michelle. I struggle with depression and anxiety and ptsd. I been having a lot anxiety more then usually and it's affecting my thinking and my life and mood. how do I not let it affect my life and thinking

I know what you're going through, Michelle. I have seen for myself how anxiety and depression can severely affect my thinking. I have been dealing with depression since I was in highschool and I still haven't figured out how to deal with everyday.

Same. Since I can remember being a child I have dealt with anxiety and depression. I cope with keeping myself busy. When I feel down I like to give extra attention to my daughter. I push myself to get up and play with her because she always makes me at least smile. I also like to take time out for myself. I’m a cannabis smoker and it keeps me calm. I also try to keep myself organized. I personally don’t do well mentally when my living space is cluttered. I also have a planner I use to keep things wrote down in that’s important. More things I write down the more things aren’t stuck in my head. My brain stays cluttered with thoughts. I also dont allow myself to nap during the day. And I am a very routine person it tends to keep my days calmer and less stressful.
