Dealing with Anxiety and Night Terrors

I’m getting bad anxiety and night terrors tonight. I try reading but sometimes that doesn’t always help. I have work tomorrow out of the house so want to be okay for that but obviously concerned that I am still awake now. Is anyone experiencing anything similar?

I had that for almost two years straight. What seemed to help the most for me was ASMR leaning towards like mother tucks you in ASMR. It made me feel safe and my night terrors lessened as time went on.

i’ve been having for the past few years but since the end of last year they’ve been more intense
