Dealing with Anxiety as a Single Parent of Special Needs Children

so the past couple weeks my anxiety has been causing me so much pain that feel I can't breathe or even think. I'm just wondering what are some tips on dealing with anxiety. I am a single parent of 1 year old brain damage and almost 3 year old with Autism so I have a lot of stress and I have no support

Even if it's just for a few minutes a day, try to isolate yourself and sit or lay down. Just focus on your breathing. For those moments you are just yourself. (Of course make sure the kids are in a safe place first).
