Dealing with Anxiety Attacks: Symptoms and Coping Strategies

What symptoms do you get when you're having an anxiety attack and what generally causes you to have one ? I began when I've had issues with my in-laws. I get to wound up and my stomach knots up and I feel like I can't catch my breath. Too help my doctor has put me on 30mg of Deloxitine once a day and I try even breathing exercises so I'm not gasping for a deep breath. Any other ideas that you have found helpful?

Constricted feeling in chest coupled with more times than other a negative momentum in my brain that is fed by ruminating patterns of overthinking. Makes coping extremely difficult because I inadvertently push away people I care about...

I get it. My work situation for the last two years have been really demanding - but in the last two months, we now have people who actually do their job and I have help. You would think that would make me less anxious - now I get anxious because things are slowing down and actually getting caught up but now thinking should it feel this organized at work??? Now my stomach gets nervous - my office manager jokingly says post traumatic- she doesn’t know how real that is!!

and I catch myself pulling away from friends - feeling like I am always the one texting hello first etc. I know it’s silly but getting anxious makes me overthink everything!!!
