I take Zyrtec daily, if they are really bad i take it morning and night (got the ok from my doctor) and Pepcid! I get prescription version called famotidine and take on morning and one night. It’s advertised for acid relief but it is also a histamine blocker. It helps SO much. I am literally allergic to everything in the air but severely allergic to dust mites which are everywhere 😥

Zyrtec. But I was on five meds a few years ago because my allergies was out of control. Once calmed down my doctor took me off most of them. I take Zyrtec, singular and nosual spray

I’ve been on Xyzal for years, even before it was over the counter. I’ve also taken Q-nasal and hope to go back on it. When my seasonal allergies are at their absolute worst I follow a strict protocol of changing my clothes the second I come in, wearing a mask outdoors, air purifiers in every room on max, and showers the second I start having issues. I haven’t found anything that works for food and chemical allergies but that protocol is the only reason I survive spring every year.
