Dealing with Bad Body Odor

Does anyone notice or have been told they have bad body odor? I shower, put on strong deodorant, wash my clothes and still my family tells me I stink.

I've noticed I have an unpleasant odor. I think its because my cortisol level is high. Have you had yours checked?

I use Lume. It helps a lot. When I get super hot or sweaty I smell like ๐Ÿ‘ nip s

Yes yes yes!!! Within the past few months I have noticed that my body odor under my armpits got a lot worse, like seriously worse and no deodorant was working, I was looking up the ingredients and trying a bunch of diffeeent ones. I finally tried Certain Dri and it works for the most part as long as I use it exactly as directed and a good amount of it. I know our bodies change, but I have been going through a really tough 6 months and that is when I noticed it happening so I wonder if it is because of medicines, or hormones, idk! I am so glad you said something though because now I feel much less alone! Also I learned body odor comes from bacteria so if your clothes smell get antibacterial detergent and sometimes I even use my hand soap in the shower on my armpits :)

My mom tells me I smell all the time. Reasonable since I don't wear deodorant but I don't mind my stink and neither does my hubby

I recently was taken off Klonopin, and it was a long process. It feels like I'm going through a second puberty, including the smell.

If you use any body care products with lavender in it, that could be contributing to it as well. I love lavender scents, but they don't love my body chemistry. It makes me smell like I have not showered in weeks.

I use baby wipes in between showers if needed

Believe it or not working out regularly has helped. I smell so bad when I sweat it out, but has made a difference overall. Also if you switch to natural deodorant it will take a while for your body to adjust. Then it will get better.
