Dealing with Bed Bugs After a Divorce

I'm going threw a divorce and my Homewrecker brought bed bugs into my bedroom and it is hard to get rid if them... my new fiancé used raid for bed bugs but they still come and eat us at night, I feel as if I can not go somewhere to sleep other than my own bed with bugs in fear ill spread them, what should I do... PS I know I must bed bug "bomb" the house but what do I do about my bed and getting ate up like a buffet??

Get a plastic mattress cover that zips up for your mattress & box spring. Zip it up then seal it with tape. Do not take it off for at least 18 months, they can live without "food" for that long.

Another thing...if throwing the mattress out and getting a good mattress cover aren't options right now, then steam cleaning the mattress often...maybe even daily helps. If you don't have access to that, then you can try baking soda and vacuuming your mattress daily. Good luck.

I went through the bed bug thing and it sucked. I just slept downstairs for a little while. I called an exterminator who did very well and he also suggested getting a cover for the mattress. Also make sure you check your bed frame because for me when i examined it myself thats where a lot of them were hiding so i immediately got the vacuum.

Put alcohol in a spray bottle and spray in the areas you see them. The can travel the outlets next thing you know they all over
