Dealing with Chest Dysphoria When You Can't Bind

Any tips to deal with being dysphoric about your chest in a situation you can’t bind in? (Sleeping, in public, stuff like that)

depending on your chest size, baggy clothes and layers can go a long way. on days I cant bind my go to is a long sleeve shirt under a baggy t shirt. it may also be worth looking into getting transtape or some other tape to bind with if you can, because then you can sleep and even shower in it.

As far as trans tape, I havent used that brand but KT tape is very similar, not made for binding but essentially the same product as trans tape. I would find videos on youtube on how to apply it safely but it can be helpful! You can generally find it at places like Rite Aid or Walgreens.
