Dealing with Chronic Fatigue: Any Tips?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone on here with similar health problems to mine suffers with chronic fatigue? I’m exhausted all the time and have been since I can remember. I’ve tried tons of medications, teas, caffeine drinks, vitamins, exercise, all kind of things and I’m still always. tired. Any suggestions or tips would be super appreciated

Have you tried the 5-HTP supplement yet? Thats the only thing that has helped me sleep, and sleep well enough i actually feel rested. (Chronic fatigue couoled with insomnia for me) i also start the day with some lemon water (like i down about 16oz before i do anything else, along with my probiotic, that has helped tremendously) feel free to message me and ask me which brands i use, im more than happy to share. (And because i will likely not remember which comment someone messages me from/about. Memory issues lol)

Stay away from caffeine. Have your Thyroid checked,get blood work done.

I would find a functional medicine doctor, they work with you to find the root cause . They also run way more compressive blood panels then a primary care would generally

I agree with rykelley. I go through bouts but anytime I’m severely fatigued it’s always based on a medical condition. Once I get the help I need I always feel better. Other then that I don’t have much experience finding ways to deal with it. Just hang in there and do your best! I hope you have a good support system that can help you with daily activities and cleaning up around your house. Support is what gets me through!

I too experience these. I’m still trying to figure out a remedy/relief for my fatigue and other conditions though I haven’t yet.
