Dealing with Chronic Headaches: Seeking Advice

ever since I hit puberty in middle school, I've suffered from chronic headaches every single day. many things either trigger a headache or make my headaches worse; fluorescent lights, gluten, sugar, junk food, insufficient sleep, too much blue light from technology. I am now 19, and wonder if I will suffer from this for the rest of my life. I eat very healthy foods and take 15 vitamins & supplements twice daily. does anyone have any advice or something I can try to improve my headaches? I refuse to take any drug medications as my religious beliefs frown upon it.

Honestly it could be your hormones. I was hit puberty and I was having headaches everyday which would lead to migraines about every two weeks. I was put on birth control for mine for a while.
