Dealing with Chronic Hives: Seeking Advice

I’ve got chronic hives. Definitely from some autoimmune condition unknown. Eating low-fodmap helps avoid inflammation! Any ideas or thoughts? I’ll literally wake up cover in hives, swollen, bloated to the point of pain, and trouble breathing (inflammation in my throat). It started last year and no one know what’s wrong with me ahha

Go see immunologist. It sounds like an allergic reaction or a sensitivity to something. Doc will be able to tell you if it is autoimmune or not.
