I am having a telemedicine appointment with a nutritionist to see what foods to eat to help with the inflammation.

I just recently received IV treatment full of vitamins and fluids and it has helped my osteoarthritis tremendously. I also suffer from hirshbrungs disease and it has eased those symptoms too.

It’s hard on food front. I love some foods that cause inflammation.. anything from the nightshade ( deadly belladonna) will cause it. That’s peppers, tomatoes, egg plant. AIP diet is supposed to be good for inflammation.

Unicorn-thanks. Can’t imagine walking very far on a treadmill or otherwise. My driveway about does me in. I had to look up the AIP diet. I will give that a try.

I use a treadmill for 15 min then use the hydro massage beds at planet fitness. It helps the pain and stiffness a lot.

I’m getting Botox injections in my jaw and steroid injections in my hip to help my knee. I can’t take anti inflammatories because on top of multiple chronic illnesses post Covid kidney disease stage 3 was added

Botox has a rebate program to help cover the out of pocket expense. I’m going file for that

Staying away from coffee has prevented flare ups. I’m not sure why that is, I’m assuming the acidity found in coffee may cause inflammation.
