Dealing with Chronic Nausea

I'm chronically ill, I deal with nausea everyday from when I wake up from when I go to sleep. I smoke weed to help, but it doesn't always help. Doctors don't really have an explanation for my pain. The only thing that has helped is a change in diet but it's not gone.

yes elimination diets are great! and if you can get your doctor to prescribe you Zofran, it was a LIFESAVER when i was dealing with my stomach issues. the most magical anti nausea pill ever.

also i would recommend NOT smoking on an empty stomach if you can avoid it, and at least have a big glass of water first. i’ve noticed that cannabis can make my nausea worse if my stomach is completely empty.

all above is extremely good advice and i just wanted to add that taking b vitamin supplements will help just that much that will be the make or break sometimes. it'll lessen the nausea to be more bareable in my experience. also yeah diet is extremely important, i can't comment on the Zofran though,,

Definitely look into zofran! Phenergan is great too. And ginger candies are good. Chronic nausea is so awful. I hope you get answers and relief soon!

I went thru this for almost 2 years but I was also losing a lot of weight & struggling to eat. I finally got a test that showed I had a blockage that was keeping digestive enzymes from getting to my stomach. I had surgery in Dec & I've gained 15lbs & I feel much better. I also hear emotional issues can have an effect on your stomach. I did change my diet as well that helped it feel better. I felt best when I cut out carbs completely. Kept the mind set to not eat anything white.
