What kind of doctor(s) are you seeing? What kind(s) of meds are you currently taking and have you tried? Do you have a high stress job? What about stress at home? Are you doing PT or exercising at all? Everyone responds differently to different things but knowing more about where you’ve been and where you’re at help to suggest things.

Hi I am so sorry. After we last spoke I got really sick and ended up needing surgery and being in the hospital for a bit. Lost a couple of weeks there. How did it go with the orthopedic doctor?

I just arrived here. You may not like the answer... but excerci se? Swim [not laps as such but walking in water] or better still see an excercise physio. Sadly, with fm there is no cure and the pain is real. It is very difficult to control without medication but worth a try. Follow docs advice but do listen to your body.

I would reduce the ibuprofen, even you hurt. It would be a place to start.
