Dealing with Chronic Pain: Does Anyone Else Experience This?

I may have fibromyalgia or EDS, haven't gotten a proper diagnosis yet. My question is, does anyone else experience pain and/or muscle cramps when they do almost anything more strenuous than walking from around your house? I am not even talking exercise here, just more bending, lifting or squatting for just a few minutes at a time. If I actually go for a 15 minute walk, I can hardly walk the next day. My hips and hip flexors end up in a lot of pain, sometimes so bad I can hardly walk the next day. I just don't know what I am capable of or what to expect anymore.

Yes. It’s very difficult, the easiest task becomes the thing that puts you in bed for the next 2 days. It’s hard to know what you are and aren’t able to do and it’s even harder to explain it to others

At times I have burning leg muscles & have had to rely on a wheelchair when leaving the house. I’m luckily much stronger now yet at times I still have burning muscles especially standing. I get through by seeking answers listening to my body and remembering it hasn’t always been this way, nor will it always remain.
