Alot of prayer I use ice and heat and horse ligament And rest is the only thing that helps but over time you do get use to it believe it or not I haven't had a pain free day since may 5 1989 and it's much much much worse now so a lifestyle change was necessary now but for years chiro helped me 15 yrs I took no drugs but alot of ice! Tens unit try everything and anything

thank you for sharing. I haven’t had a pain free day since Jan 7 1988. So I understand. I’m on Percocet for my pain and about half the days it doesn’t help. I’ve tried everything too. It doesn’t help that I’m obese. I’ve had 34 surgeries so I’ve spent a lot of time healing and being immobilized. So that doesn’t help me either. I will pray you find relief!

I have struggled for decades like many other people. Narcotics for 17 years has ruined my brain’s ability to process pain. Cause sleep apnea and sleep disorder. I am now on suboxone but having breakthrough pain flares. I do the heat ice routine. Prayer meditation daily. Gabapentin helps but is sedating. Tizanidine/Zanaflex helps with spasms. TENS unit helps often. Support from family and friends helps a lot.

Use a back belt. It’s very helpful but the doctor doesn’t recommend using for more then 3/4 hours a day.

Well, Drs haven’t found anything that has worked soooo I just live with it I guess, If this is what living is called. Sorry to bring anyone down
