Definitely not. You can fall if you are so much in pain. Do stretches in the bed until you feel up to it

So glad. I've been dealing with some form of pain everyday for the last 10 years. I've learned from that what does and doesn't work. If I have issues sitting up in the bed when it's time to get ready for work, I call off and stay in bad all day. It's definitely a struggle, but you can keep a journal on your aches and pains, where, when and how long, and what did you do to ease the pain and if it worked or not.

I’ve only had osteoarthritis for 2yrs but have been living with fibromyalgia for 14 yrs after a near fatal car accident.
