On one of the FB support groups I am on someone asked that recently. And one person mentioned that it gets bad enough that when the evacuation day happens the plumbing cant handle it. A lot of people's use miralax. How miralax works is it draws water in from your system to make it easier. So drink plenty of water before during and after. And liquid dishwasher soap with dawn in it really helps with the plumbing problems.

This is simple. I had the worst constipation from meds that you can imagine!!! First the main problem is in your gut. You’ve probably have a leaky gut. You need to start taking a quality Probiotic to help you balance heal and stabilize your gut flora. Stay on it a month or two and allow 2-4 weeks before you start to see and feel changes taking place. In the meantime make yourself a cleanse at home with this :: 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar 2 strong shakes of Organic Cayenne Pepper 2 the juice of two fresh large lemons. Put in the tall glass full with good clean water, stir well and drink completely. You should experience a gentle nudge in about 2 hours. If no bowel movement repeat the next day. Drink recommended amount of water each day which is half your body weight in oz of water per day. Good luck. Olive oil and Avocado oil helps things slide along better.
