Dealing with Crohns and Inflammation: Seeking Tips

Hi friends, I’m new here but have been diagnosed with Crohns for about 9 years. I’ve been dealing with constant bloating and feeling inflamed in my intestines for months now, and not much I seem to do helps. I’ve also been on prednisone for about 6 months to help with joint pain/inflammation from the RA that accompanies my crohns, so I suspect this may be contributing to the bloat/general weight gain. Does anyone have any tips for feeling less bloated/inflamed? I have tried low FODMAP and other crohns diets and yoga but what I’ve tried hasn’t seemed to help very much. I’m so uncomfy and will try pretty much anything within reason. Thank you!!

I'm new in here too. I have Crohn's and I drink propel water and eat JELLO every day it's been helping. Maybe you could try it too.

I did a Viome test, and highly recommend it. I’m here for you!
