Dealing with EDS Flares: Sudden Joint Pain

Do you have times where it feels like your EDS is flaring? I have hEDS and the Pat week all of a sudden I’m getting joint pain in multiple joints again. My shoulders painful, my thumb/wrist is slipping, my hip is tight, my neck is painful. I will say I’ve gone through a pretty stressful time recently and normally that throws me into a POTS flare and my muscles get extra sore but this feels different.
