Dealing with Endo Flare and Lower Back Pain

Hi Everyone! I was diagnosed with Endo, just over two years ago. I’m experiencing a flare with terrible back pain! My lower back has been killing me for about two days. I have tried three different muscle rubs, warm showers, and ibuprofen, but no relief. How do you all deal with lower back pain???

It sounds like you’re doing all the right things, I’m sorry it isn’t helping! I like trying a cat-cow stretch, it really helps the back! If you haven’t tried CBD yet I’d recommend that too! And try alternating between ibuprofen and extra strength rapid release Tylenol! Take them three hours apart from each other. It helps me a lot!

I haven’t tried alternating between the two pain relievers, I will definitely try that! I have both CBD gummy’s and topical cream, which I have been using and typically help, but not this time :( I have never done (or heard of this cat-cow) stretch, but I am going to look into that. Thank you 😊
