Right now my everyday symptoms are crying, shaking, and extreme upset whenever I have a stressor. This is not normal for me. I used to have anxiety from time to time but right now I am off work on medical leave because of my anxiety. Handling it. Well that’s not going so well right now so I don’t have advice.

@careabear thank you for commenting I’m sorry that you are dealing with that I also have crying spells and I hate it so much It’s getting to the point that I have to isolate myself when I do because it literally annoys my husband ugh it’s not my fault I wish I wasn’t like this

I feel the exact same way. I often just end up going to bed early so I don’t annoy my husband. He was good at first but now he’s over it. Are you working with a therapist at all? I have been and that is helping. I also recently got a 52 week mental health journal off of Amazon. It has daily prompts. I really like it. It helps me with mindfulness, but my setback is that it doesn’t help on my bad days.

I’m so sorry that is so scary and does not help a person with anxiety. I hope that the symptoms subside. Please feel free to message me anytime. It looks like we are in the same age group and going through so similar things. I am always here to lend an ear.
