Dealing with Extreme Avoidance and Anxiety

How do you deal with extreme avoidance causing anxiety? I canceled on a call with a non profit organization I'm offering photography services to, twice, and only just made it through the phone call today. The first time I sent an email with a fake family emergency. The second time I just watched my phone as it rang while I was frozen and unable to answer. I also canceled a telemed doctors appointment I needed to get my ADHD medication renewed because I couldn't imagine actually getting on the call... help.

Do you have anxiety meds? If so maybe it’s time for an update Rx.

This is just what works for me it curbs my anxiety enough that I can function most of the time. I write out a basic script of what I know I’m gonna need to talk about and then bullet points for anything else I think might come up. Also if you have a take as needed medication you could take it in advance
