I have been "tired" for as long as I can remember. I had a boyfriend in high school who said that it was my "default phrase," like if I had nothing else to say, I'd sigh and say "ugh, I'm tired." For me, I'm learning a lot more about what drains me and what gives me energy. Being around some people help, other people make it worse. Going to bed at a reasonable, consistent time seems to be absolutely crucial for me. If I don't get enough sleep, the day is just a wash.
