I'm in a similar situation I was recently diagnosed with fatty liver. My doctor just told me to lose weight and exercise... that there really is no cure. I was 10 pounds heavier than u when I was diagnosed and I lost 45 pounds in the past year and currently my ALT is back to normal so I would suggest weight loss because there is no other cure for it
