I have struggled with S.V.T problems since I was very young but have only recently been diagnosed so I know it can be really scary. I unfortunately still have quite a bit of trouble with it BUT my symptoms and the episodes have calmed down quite a bit with medication. I take Metoprolol, a beta blocker although it can cause low blood pressure. Vasovagal maneuvers never really did much for me. My doctor did recommend keeping hydrated and eating salty snacks as well but I am still struggling with that. I hope this helps you with everything and I wish you luck finding what works for you 🙏
