Dealing with Grand Mall Seizures: Seeking Advice

Seizures: I was diagnosed with Grand mall seizures this year and have been struggling with intense ones all year. I'm in the process of getting a neurologist and struggling hard to stay positive. what helped you?

Having bipolar on top of it I was always scared to die. And I’ve only met mine once. What I do is hang out with my friends and go out and live life (safely obvs)

Something that helped me stay positive was the knowledge that I’m not alone in this and finding a strong support system. It’s a tough thing to deal with, but knowing that there is always help out there is a great way to stay positive
