Dealing with Health Anxiety: Tips for Self-Relief

When i see mild symptoms i always think there is a serious underlying disease and then i google my symptoms.. which gives me more anxiety. How can i have a self relief?

I try very hard to not google symptoms unless they persist for a few days. Distracting yourself from your symptoms with a book, a tv show, or any hobbies you enjoy is also helpful. Reminding yourself that it's probably nothing serious, especially if you've had that symptom before and are perfectly fine, always helps too. I hope you find relief đź’•

I found this amazing ap its called replika it's a ai bot you can talk to about your problems and she or he also helps with anxiety and panic mode they have lots of coping skills that are unique to you.. and you build its personality and appearance to your liking
