✋ I have all three subsets of pots. I have clonidine patch and amlodipine 5 mg. My blood pressure still jumped high until I added Innate magnesium 300 mg. That seems to be the final piece to getting me well managed most of the time. I recommend the innate brand because they do rigorous quality controls. I just buy it on Amazon. I've been thinking of trying the powdered version since I also have gastroparesis. Might work even better for me then. I take magnesium at 8:00 p.m. with my other evening meds. I used to take it right at bedtime but I don't think it was digesting right because of sleeping and my GP. It's also supposed to help with sleep. I think it's helped a bit. 💙

thank you. I will give it a try. I have lorazepam and Clonidine. They also think I have gastroparesis as well. Do you also get tachycardia out of the blue?

I have hyper pots. What helps me the most is staying well hydrated, avoiding caffeine & refined sugars. Also staying indoors when it’s hot outside and taking metoprolol 2-3 times a day. In the evenings I take Gabapentin & Baclofen to help relax my muscle spasms.
