Dealing with IBS and Anxiety: Seeking Advice

hello, i believe i have ibs. stress and anxiety are a big thing in my life which is what causes my ibs. i like to think these issues aren’t my ibs. ever since november when i started getting really bad anxiety, i’ve been more aware of my body. this means that i’m more aware of any little thing that feels off. recently i get weird little chest pains. (i have a high pain tolerance so i’m not sure if it’s that, or if they really are just weird little pains) i also have weird stomach pains as well. sharp and dull. both of these symptoms come out of nowhere. most times i sleep it off and then it’s gone the next day. but i’m unsure of what could be the issue. does this sound familiar to anyone?

I have the same symptoms as well but I found out my chest pains are a mix of athsma, anxiety, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, and occasionally indigestion.

Yes that happens to me a lot. But for me personally I don’t think it’s ibs. They just come out of nowhere without a specific cause. You’re not alone.
