Dealing with IBS and Bloody Stool: Need Advice

I've recently been diagnosed with IBS and I also have had bloody stool too. Im a 20 year old young woman. What are some things that you would suggest/that help you?

I have the same thing sometimes. Most of my bloody stools are from hemorrhoids because I have IBS-D. Try soaks, cream, drinking more water. Sadly, I haven’t found one single thing that helps but it does lessen it.

Cut out all dairy products and drink or eat stuff lactose free or oat milk goat cheese stuff like that

Agree with another person, cut out dairy, try cutting out gluten and red meat too. Both of those helped me a great tun

Dairy for me, even lactose free and A2 has led to even joint pain, low fevers, and muscle pains on top of indigestions

You need to see about asking a Gastro doctor to prescribe you some medicine for your irritable bowel syndrome

I took a long time to figure out what triggers mine. I'm fine with dairy, but I'm not okay with alcohol or certain foods. Drink plenty of water and try creams for the bloody stool
