Dealing with Idiopathic Gastroparesis

I was diagnosed with idiopathic gastroparesis. He said it will eventually go away bc mines not caused by diabetes. I’m not on any medication besides omeprozole. I don’t have nausea. Or stomach pain: just the bloated abdomen. Should I be doing more to make sure it goes away?

I have the same thing except I get severe nausea and vomiting. I started reglan. I also recently decided to do an elemental diet to give my body a rest. That’s a good non drug option to try to reset your system a little.
