I was born with Bladder Exstrophy and have suffered from incontinence all my life because of it. I have been publicly shamed in the past for wearing diapers by kids who were younger than me... It's a trauma I've carried with me all my life, even at the age of 20, I still vividly remember the way so many people would often misunderstand me and question me for wearing diapers. Nowadays, I finally stopped wearing depends during the day and rarely only use them at night. During the day, I only use thick pads, and rarely have accidents 😁 The best way to cope is to wear clothing that isn't too tight around your bladder, such as: Underwear, pants, shorts, ect. And to remind yourself that there are people out there of all ages, who go through the same thing on a daily basis ❤️

really nice message, I’ve suffered with it my whole life, tried so many treatments and as an adult still struggle. Don’t really know why, all we know is that my pelvic muscles are too tight meaning it’s hard to function with things like that, suspected anxiety induced.
