I don’t know if you’ve seen any of my other posts but there are a lot of things that you can do with your diet that can really help you sleep it is all related. Eat breakfast first thing in the morning before coffee even if it’s just a little something, like yogurt with honey and blueberries. Also try keeping your blood sugars stable by eating a piece of fruit two hours after your meal of breakfast and two hours after your lunch of breakfast and then before bed as well. Get off of the melatonin because after a while it doesn’t work anymore neither does any sleep meds. Delta eight has a lot of toxins in it unless you’re buying a organic pure source that you know without a doubt is clean. And I don’t know about you but it made me feel awful the next day. I prefer a really good clean CBD and taking it once in the morning and once before bed and it needs to be a really strong dose. I take Luna and I take a very small piece of Unisom and I do mean very small pieces because I’m trying to wean myself off of it but balancing my blood sugar throughout the day has really helped! I’m finally sleeping better. Also don’t take Tylenol and cleanse your liver with cleansing herbs you can research this there’s different teas you can buy etc. if our liver is over taxa fied with chemicals, say perfumes body lotions laundry detergent fabric softener‘s cleaners anything in your environment that’s not organic I would clean that up to. As you run out just buy the organic brand. It all has made a big difference for me. Also keeping stress low very low, and even using a breathing technique to help you go to sleep where you breathe in deeply for seven seconds, hold it for five seconds and blow it out slowly for eight. Also having blue light blocking glasses on after 6 PM, taking whatever sleep stuff you take about 45 minutes before bed and reading during that time out loud because that will make you also very sleepy.
