Dealing with Knee Pain in Everyday Life

Ok has anyone experienced or is experiencing any knee pain in everyday life??? I've made it through recovery and rehab a few years ago but I still can't get my one leg to support me 100% of the time. I'll be walking my knee just spasms and I go down

I had an MPFL replacement about a year and a half ago, and I also have a lot of knee pain still. My knee no longer dislocated like it did before, but it is painful and it pops/clicks.

I had my acl replaced twice since 2018 and yes I still have constant problems with my knee giving out.
