Dealing with Loose Joints: Seeking Advice for Ehlers-Danlos Symptoms

So I haven’t been professionally diagnosed (ableist parents and doctors) as having Ehlers-Danlos but I have a lot of symptoms pointing towards it, one of the most prominent being the hypermobility. Lately my shoulders have been popping in and out A LOT and I’m currently in a stocking job where I lift heavy stuff (I finally put my two weeks in, don’t worry) and this morning my shoulders hurt even when I was just making myself a bowl of *cereal*. Any advice on loose joints? I already wear one of the best ankle braces and wrist braces that doesn’t interfere with functionality according to my chiropractor because of loose joints.

My shoulders are always a huge issue, I️ haven’t found anything that helps with that, but my doctor recently gave me a hip brace that you can wear under or over your pants, and it helps a lot with balance and the strain put on all of the muscles in your back from having loose hip joints (ESPECIALLY if you’re lifting heavy things) and I’ve noticed since using it that once the strain is taken off my back muscles, my shoulders aren’t strained AS much. For pain I️ highly recommend kinesio tape!
