I’ve had inflammation of the wall around my heart lots, pericarditis, I know people get it round their lungs if that’s what you have? It sucks I’ve been in hospital 3 times for my pericarditis it’s so unbearably painful when it flares but ibuprofen and it does pass

My mom and I both have lupus and ra, even though hers is in remission she has only 75% use of her lungs. For years she was told it was asthma but finally got the to see the right doctors and was given the correct diagnosis. The inflammation has since turned into COPD. But she is 72 years old and has had this for at least the last 20 years, so it is manageable. She lives by herself and mows the lawn walls up and down the stairs to do laundry, don't give up hope!!!
